Change last article color

Hi there I am trying to change the last article in the bottom of the forums list that displays the name of the last article published.

I searched for style="display: inline; float: right; width: 310px;"

and found out that this is in the FORUMHOME template
but when I looked further in:

I suspect that it is in the

How do I confirm that?
