I receive an error when I enter to my forum, a database error but it doesnt display specific information about the issue.

On the source page code I see "The www.xx.com forum technical staff have been notified of the error" but I didn?t received any email (the one I set as the webmaster email on config.php)

So please, tell me where I can look for more information. My email is on the config.php but I don?t receive any email...
I have installed the site on XAMPP but the database error still and I don?t get any email....

Any help?
