Sorry to post this here - but i'm not getting help anywhere else.
I'm looking into purchasing a high end piece of chat software for our huge online community - and Digichat looks like a serious contender. However looking around their website I'm slightly put off. Broken links, buggy "live help", and phone numbers which are either constantly engaged or put you through to a different company altogether. Has anybody recently used digichat for anything? Are they still around? If not - can anybody recommend something equally as good for a website with a large number of users? Anything other than 123flashchat that is. Thanks. |

Well if anybody from Digitchat is reading this - i'd very much like to purchase your hosted enterprise version of the chat but your website makes it near on impossible to do to. One of the telephone lines goes through to a sex line, the other one is constantly engaged, and then the sales line constantly goes through to voicemail.
Emails go unanswered and live help doesn't get answered. If you click on the "purchase" button it goes to a 404 page. Now i have read good reviews of the product and we have the budget to purchase. However without any contact with a sales rep or support staff i can't go ahead. ForceHSS - how long ago was that digichat implemented do you know? Its possible the company have ceased to exist perhaps. |
