",navmanager_enhancements.css "

I have ",navmanager_enhancements.css " appearing at the top of the page where I add a new tab and then go to the front end to click on it. What is causing this? What is fix?

For example go to dmsinteractiveweb.com/forum.php and click on shop link.

EDIT: I started seeing this after upgrading vB to version 4.2. I also tried installing navmanager_enhancements_1-0-0_Beta_4. Disregard this as I think it's coming from that mod. I deactivated it for now and going to post in that forum.
