Is the RSS feed for the entire forum or just individual threads? I can't seem to find the RSS feed for my site. Please help

RSS is build in. You need to make sure that you have "Enable RSS Syndication" set to yes under the "External Data Provider" section in the options (Edit: looks like it already is). Then you should be able to access the feed through http://fantasyhockeycoach.com/external.php?type=RSS2 . That will be for the entire site (any forums that can be read by guests), but someone accessing your feed can limit it to one or more subforums by adding &forumids=1,2,3 to the url.
