Show Thread Enhancements - OP Can't Rate Own Thread

Description:
This hack prevents the thread creator or OP from rating their own threads. When they attempt to do so, an error is given and the rating they put down doesn't go through. In addition, the error message that is shown can be altered to say whatever you would like it to say.

Installation Instructions:
To install simply import the attached product-op_cant_rate_own_thread.xml file. Then you're done.

Notes:
