Errors at top of arcade.php · **Released**: 05-23-2012

I just install this on my 4.1.11 forum last night and I'm getting these errors at the top of the screen when I go to arcade.php.

I've performed all of the recommended fixes but none have had any affect on these errors.

Any suggestions?
