How do I add a matching TOS page?

I see a space for a TOS page in the settings area of VBulletin.

How do I add a page for my TOS that matches the VBulletin style, similar to the one you have on the VBulletin.com site? https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/misc.php?do=showrules

Thanks!!

Nelson

Nevermind! Found that here: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...ight=showrules
