Need a style for my bros site I'm helping him with.

[Dark Lycan]

I want it to be sorta similar to the style like the site in this link http://www.kh-mediaflare.net/forum.php but I want it to have some sky blue or bright blue in it too whatever is easier along with a cool css font, if anyone could help me with this that would be awesome.^ ^ Thank you!^ ^
