mass usergroups editing

I have about 8 usergroups. Some time I want to edit 5 of them with same settings. It is so annoying to keep choose each usergroup to edit it.
So I just need a page that list all usergroups, so I only have to check (x) the usergroups that I need to edit. On the the other side of the page I have to modify the settings and rules for the choose usergroups in mass.
