I have a problem right now if you leave the post title or reply title block blank and make a post it displays the word "default" instead of leaving it blank. It's driving me nuts and can't figure out how to get rid of it?

If you create a new style with no parent and try that, does the same thing happen? If you temporarily disable all plugin by putting

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

in your config.php file, does it still happen?
