Unregistered / Not Logged In, problem

Hello
I have a 4.1.11 Vbulletin
But I have a serious problem
My Unregistered / Not Logged In, user group have a problem
People who visiting my board automatically are going to another user group which is moderated
I don know how to change it back
And I need an answer
Is there anyone who can help me ?
