This type of mod?

I am basically looking for a plugin that is something like this person is describing:

So I was talking to a few people and I thought, if it was possible, it was a pretty good idea,

if someone is permanently banned/guested, I think their accounts should be deleted off the system/database and the name should become available.

so if there is a user called BOB,

BOB then does something wrong and therefore gets a perma-ban ---> BOB

if the ban is final, I think BOB should be removed off the system, therefore if someone else wants the name BOB, they can have it!! New bob = BOB

How to change the perma-banned names with ease - suggestion added by RippinandTearin - all credit to him - So all you admins know that when someone recieves an infraction they get a PM by punisher, if it is possible, when someone gets a perma-perma-ban (there's no going back for definite), their name automatically gets changed to Banned (e.g. banned1, banned237 etc.) That way the admins don't have to do much and people can change their name themselves!

I hope you can see what i'm talking about from that example, and if it's possible i think it should be done, and that will solve some of this username business, that's my opinion, please speak yours, open to all criticism

This will hopefully solve the "in-active users username" problem

So I basically said this on page 2 of this thread, I was thinking,

my first suggestion won't solve ALL of the username problems, but this may,

So people always complain about how an in-active user has the name they have always longed for,

well I thought that once an account has been made it should have, an expiry date if you will, so if the user is in-active for, E.G. a year (the amount of time I think it should be), then their account should be de-activated and the username available.

so I'm going to do another example with my friend BOB if you don't understand !

so BOB made an account on the 1/1/11 and he only made it to download a COD hack,

BOB then never comes on NGU again, and there are people who really want the name BOB,

once the Date reaches 1/1/12 BOB's account will be deleted/deactivated/permabanned (anything) and his name will be available for another user who likes the name!!

I hope you can see where I'm coming form in this 2nd suggestion, again open to criticism and any comments about altering my suggestions.

This is on a forum that I am part of and I am asking this community if there is any type of plugin out there like this!

No. But if it's that big an issue (I really can't imagine) then just have an admin change the banned user's name. Not a big deal as so few users are banned, right?
