Miscellaneous Hacks - Nexia's Site Tagline

As per title, this product simply add a tagline to your site so you can use it anywhere, like forumhome.

Right now, it is just editing the "Welcome to XXX" in Forum home, because i don't see wherelse it could be useful... but you can suggest other locations on the site where it could be...

Remember that this is not useful to all, but for people with taglines for their site...

i can add a switch to add the tagline each time a page title is simply the site's title, so the tagline/slogan could add some spice to the display...
