The profile of users remain unfilled after the registration fields, such as ICQ, MSN, Skype, Yahoo or etc.
This is The Standard profile fields.
Important Question!
How do I add an application for registration of interest to me, the standard fields and make them mandatory, and to include these fields in the alerts the administrator when a user registered?

I need to make in registration form required fields, such as are Instant Messaging - Skype, ICQ ...
And I need to get the email to admin message about the new user registration were included, these fields
