How to add 2nd rowof Tab or Navbar???
I have searched, can't find how to add a second row of TABS or even a Navbar row? I am running the latest version VB.

HUH? I used to see these hacks for prev versions all the time, don't see it for anything 4.x.x

Or... instead of making your forum look awkward with a secondary navbar simply create one or two drop-down navbar tabs that show useful links i.e. one tab could be title "Extras" or "Other" or "More" etc etc.
