What is happening with your customer support, is it falling apart?
Dear Customer Support,
What is happening with your e-mail customer support? On February 7th I purchased these things from you: > --- Professional Upgrade/Install @ 150.00 USD (VBF89BB5B6) > --- vBulletin Facebook App @ 99.00 USD (VBF45970A8) It's been several weeks now and no one has yet contacted me about my purchase. I have e-mailed you MANY times to both sales@vbulletin.com and customercare@vbulletin.com but no one has replied to a single e-mail. When will you help me install the vBulletin Facebook App and upgrade my forums to the latest version? My forums are found here: http://www.newhorizonrpg.com/forum/forum.php Please get back to me soon, and I will give you FTP access to my site... I am sorry you did not get a timely response but...
This is vBulletin.org, not vBulletin.com. This is a volunteer run site for vBulletin modification. Official support can be found on vBulletin.com. Second, this is not a pre-sales issue. My advice is that emails can be blocked as spam and never delivered to support. You are much better off logging into www.vbulletin.com, going to the customer area, and opening a support ticket via the web form- that way you know it gets delivered and you will get the ticket id you can reference if you don't get a timely response- but you will get a timely response. Closing thread for the reasons above. |
