Why my Widgets not showing if Not Registered??

Hello,

I have some widgets in place and when i am registered i see all just fine. But when i sign out, some disappear. Also, i thought maybe its cause that particular forum is set to private for visitors; but actually one of the widgets with the forum posts not showing is a public forum. Any idea what to do????

Also, my comments dont show for articles for visitors. How do i fix it so it does???
