Is there a mod that enables the blog after X posts? so the users can't add a blog until his posts reach [ x ] posts >>> sorry for my english

The way to do this is to user usergroup permissions to disable blogs for registered users, make a new usergroup with blog permission, and finally setup a "promotion" to promote users with x posts to the new group.
