Hey, I got vB 4.1.11 and I'm wondering how could I check my latest reputation recieved?

E.g open up usercp and then you can see latest reputation, infractions etc?

I think there is a modification for this or it is either a template modification. Just search for it and you should be able to find it pretty easy. I have seen it around here before.
