Im not sure if there is something viable apart from Miserable users although i dont think miserable users does what hell ban does .

One of my moderators has requested a troll trap called Hell ban, basically once this user is in a certain usergroup no one else can see their posts and its as if everyone is just ignoring them.

Anyone seen something like it for VB4 ?

it's not a mod, you go to admincp and send the user to coventry!
