cant see [img]

I cant see images when [img]
I checked user have permission and can post [img]
The weird thing is when i open the image in a different tab of my browser when i come back to the forum i see the image.
But i still cant see that image either in tapatalk or ther browser.
Please any help would be highly appreciated,
