my site wont display ?, ? and ?

i have problems with my site. it wont display ?, ? and ? when i type it. lets say i want to call a forum "nu kan du f? gratis admin" when i save it the forum will instead be called "nu kan du f" everything after ? will be removed. i have the latest version of vbulletin (4.1.11) dose anyone know how to fix this? my site is www.unitedgamers.dk if you wanna take a closer look at

ps, it happens everywhere. everything i type after ?, ? and ? will be deleted.

EDIT: its fixed now. i changed it to UTF8 in language manager...
