Display forum threads on Home page.

This maybe difficult to understand because I have asked for it around and I was told that it was not clear what I was looking for. I have seen some threads asking for help for this but I have not came across any mod that can do it.

Could someone please create a mod that will simply display a forum body/threads on the forum home page instead of a list of forums. Here is an example;

I would like the content on this page:

http://webphpforum.com/php/

...to appear on this page:

http://webphpforum.com

Notice that right now I am just redirecting the page.

I know this mod will be useful in many cases and I have seen some threads on Google trying to achieve something similar. Cases may be to promote a particular forum or where there is just one forum for the entire website forum.

I don't understand why Vbulletin does do not have this. I mean I could create a forum which involves one forum. It only makes sense to have that forum threads/body on the home page.

That must make sense right?

I will add some contribution if necessary (financially) because I need this for other forums that I will create. They will have just one forum and I won't need the forums display.
