Everything is possible but i don't know if this is good for you, because the vb 3 is not supported anymore. But you can download it in Members Area on vbulletin.com

Unless you are skilled enough to fix security holes yourself, I would highly advise against using a version that is six years old and has been EOL'd for ages.

There is no method to directly convert backwards from 4.1.5 to 3.6.12.
You might be able to create a new 3.6 forum and import the data using Impex, but I dont know for sure if thats even supported by Impex. |

You may create a new 3.6 forum by downloading a 3.6.x version from the members area at vb.com

I think you would be smarter and better off for it, to get v3.8.7, if you're going to use v3.
