Otherwise you might try searching vB.org free styles for 3.8.x - there are close to 400 skins shared = you may find what you need there. I seriously doubt anyone will be designing you a custom skin for free though

I just installed vBulletin 3.8 tonight and will be making a pink theme soon after I figure this editor out.
