Did I miss something, or did the ability to change the size of images in posts disappear?

I use to be able to double click on an image and set the size to be displayed in a post. That isn't working for me anymore.

Is there a new setting I can't seem to find?

For anyone else that experiences this...

Make sure that 'Compatibility View' is disabled in IE. If it's enabled, the resize script doesn't work. I had forgotten it was enabled when I posted the original post.
