What mod is this?

Looking for an simular "mod" as this forum has.
Allows picture in the topic for vendors.
Dont know if it works with 3.8.5 but it's worth a try.

I think thats just added in the forum description by using this

<img src="http://www.google.com/uds/css/small-logo.png" alt="Powered by Google" border="0"/>

so just remove the google stuff and put the url of your own pic and put it in the forum description of each forum
