Board Optimization - Import External Images through rcUPLOAD

Hello,

This is a public version of a MOD i requested in the paid requests. The MOD was coded by the user ForumsMods.

Description:
This modification will import all external images posted in your forum (from the moment you install it) through rcUPLOAD's API, in other words, whenever a user in your forum posts an image uploaded to external hosts such as Photobucket, Imageshack, Tinypic, etc. such images will be imported to rcUPLOAD and the links in the forum will be updated.

rcUPLOAD is a free image hosting service I've been running for almost a year already, its servers are located at Dallas, USA. The site uses a script called "chevereto", fully customized, you can buy your own copy of chevereto at www.chevereto.com and modify this mod to import images through your chevereto powered site API.

Only external images? I wish that every picture that was taken uploaded to my forum, was to an external server.

My server is an accumulation of inodes and can not process lots of images.
