Javascript Error with Facebook Connect?

Hello, I'm trying to get a pop over optin form to work on my forum and I'm having some problems with Facebook Connect (I think that's it) and my form, here's what the error is:

Does anyone know how I can fix this problem to get my form working? I'd REALLY appreciate it.
