White text on white background (in user profiles)

All the boxes on the left side are white text on white background.
Visitor messages are also white.


How can I change the text to another colour ... or alternatively the background to another colour ?
*Need a fix for all users.


I cannot seem to work this one out. Hope someone can help me.
