Hide all posts made by "Guest"

Should be a simple postbit if/else but I'm very well versed in the template's anymore. Anyone help? I simply want to hide all posts by the default "Guest" account. I've deleted some users but not their posts and the posts have been converted into guest posts. I don't wanna delete them so just a simple hide them would suffice.
