Help with white pages please

hello guys,
4.1.9 user here.

for 2 days now i have that white page problem when i try to edit the "header" , "headinclude", "addition.css" or any variable (even the "tools.php") leads me to white page.
i cannot also add a theme.
what happens is that i upload it, i see it activated at admincp styles, but it does not appear at the theme list of the forum. and i cannot delete any theme either.

these are some messages i got since the problem appeared

(i dont have the "adminfunctions_templateedits.php" even in the zip file from vbulletin.com

any clues?
can anyone help me with this plz?

It looks like adminfunctions_templateedits.php is part of this mod: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=152931, so either reinstall it or uninstall it.
