What is this mod?

I have a computers forums and I would like to have a portion where users add their system specifications.

Take a look here I found on the Overclockers Forums: (I don't think they are using vBulletin though)

I want to have something like this... anyone knows where I can find this mod or if someone can make it for me?

I am using vBulletin 4.1.10
