Advertisement - as sticky thread title

Hi,

I am looking to create an ad on my forum, where the ad is a dynamic text link, from the title of a thread.

The thread would be sticky thread, so it always shows at the top of the forum.

Does anyone know a good way to go about this?

Thank you,
