Force verify email when changing passwords ?

I have a site that requires users to have a valid email from a certain domain to be a member.

I plan to force password changes every X days.

User registration is disabled.

Is it possible to force users to re-verify that they still have access to the email address when they change their password ??

TIA for any suggestions.
