i install vbulletin 4.1.9 wen i try to upload a Avatar i get these error it a new install

wen i install i did not get any error

Have you made sure that the destination folder for the avatars is writeable?

i do not see the destination folder

forum root/images/avatars but check in your stylevars for the actual path
