Is there any way i can prune all Threads & Posts with all users?

Yes, pruning forums may be a regular part of your monthly maintenance. See the manual and search for 'prune'. http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/

But what I really wish is that we could offload (to maybe a text file) and prune.

i want delete ALL threads & Posts without put user name.

Clearly you haven't read the manual. What I just showed you explains how to prune posts and it has nothing to do with user names.
