Is there any security issue if I would like to use vbulletin 3.7.0?

It's a really old version, so yes.

Use either 3.8.7 or 4.1.10.

I am using version 3.8.7, our techy guy reckons we should upgrade to 4 as it harder to hack into,
I prefer the layout with the one we have, how much more safer is the latest upgrade, Is there a great deal of diffirence ?
