Editing templates

I'm trying to install the Email Integration Mod in vB 4.10

It tells me to Edit a Template. When I go to Styles and Templates in the Control Panel I don't see any way to Edit a Template.

This is what it tells me to do:
Admincp -> Styles & Templates -> Edit Templates -> User Control Panel Templates -> USERCP_SHELL

There is no Edit Templates under Styles & Templates.

Where do I find the usercp_shell? And how do I edit it?

First click the expand button on Styles &Templates and go to Style Manager.

Each style has a drop down menu. Edit Templates is the second option. Then go down and click the [ << >> ] button to the left of All Template Groups
