Hi there, I need some instructions where I can customize this.
It's hard to see the X to close it with my dark template.

Then you need to ask for support from where ever you got your style from. This uses all of the same styles, images, etc as the other notices.....because that's exactly what this is. Just an added notice ....but added automatically for you

I'd like to see notice based on:
Gender
Location (city/county or both)

And maybe based on some other custom fields
