Manage ads last post location

I looking to add a google adsense 250x250 block in the Manage ads last post location.

This is to appear within the last post of every thread page, but the problem is when viewing the advert the post appears below the advert and i'd like the post to wrap around the advert.

Can anyone help with the code to get this to work please ?
