Variables from FORUMDISPLAY into header

Hello,

I want to use two variables from FORUMDISPLAY in header.

{vb:raw foruminfo.title}
{vb:raw foruminfo.description}

Does anyone know how to make these become global variables for me to use everywhere on the forum, or at least the header?
