Links Redirecting to Weird Site?

I've got a legit licensed version of vBulletin 4.1 running on my server and now every now and again one of my thread links will redirect to a really weird site (like a weird foreign search engine). Is there any way to pin point what could be causing this? Like an add-on or piece of code somewhere that is causing the vulnerability?
