I have spent several days using google to answer this question.... Is there a STEP-BY-STEP training manual, video, or anything else out there that shows exactly how to take a custom photoshop graphic and make it into a fully functioning vBulletin 4 Theme?

I've found many companies that will do the conversions, but I am looking to learn how to do this for myself and I simply cannot find anything about this on the internet.

Can anybody help me with this? Any information at all would be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean a background or custom forum icons, etc.

Actually, I am wanting to take my psd file and create a complete theme out of it for vbulletin 4. I know this takes a lot of coding, etc., and am just looking for some kind of step-be-step instruction on how to create my own complete theme from scratch.
