vbulletin threads to wordpress posts

Been looking for a while for this, I thought I seen it a couple of years ago in here somewhere.

I want to convert some 500 vb3.8 threads (1st post of each thread actually) to wordpress posts, plus I want to transfer the image attachments each 1st post has, to the respective wordpress post.

Does anybody remember if such a plugin (at least for the first part) exists?
