White Page Error
Yesterday, an update to the style "BlackStealth" was released so i decided to go and update it.
Followed the standard procedure and everything installed fine by the looks of things. However, when going back to the homepage i was greeted by a white page. This is the first time i've encountered this sort've thing so i assumed it was a plugin issue. I edited the value in the config.php file to disable all the plugins but still no luck. So then i realized it might be a template error because i can still access the AdminCP. The question i'm now wondering is how do i fix this because my site is out of action? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance! |

Well, if it is a template error you can create a new style with no parent and try that. But I guess you also want your custom style working.
When you view the page html source (of the white page) does it contain any error message? Is every page of your forum blank or just the home page? |

I tried that new style thing but that didn't have an effect on it.
When viewing the page source, it appears blank and it is on every page of my forum except the AdminCP and ModCP. |

Here is a page from the manual about troubleshooting blank or 'white' pages: https://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/blank_pages
If you go to Style Manager > find style > Edit Templates - are you seeing a full list of templates or only some of them? |

Thanks for the reply Lynne.
I tried looking there and i've ticked off all of them as not being causes for my problem. I removed "Blackstealth" thinking it may solve the problem. This was just after i posted this thread and it was suggested to me by a friend. However, the templates in all the other Styles look fine to me. |

If you are getting a white page, the it is because of one of the items listed on that page I linked you to. There are no other reasons we have found for having a blank page.
What is in your error_logs? |

I double checked and now i think it's something to do with Suhosin. phpMyAdmin says that the server is running with it and after checking in phpinfo and also through the vBulletin Diagnostics tool i think that is where the problem is at.
I followed the 'solution' steps and added the following lines to the .htaccess file in my forums root: Quote:

Again, did you check your error_logs? Most likely there is a clue in there about what the problem is.
And, is it all pages (besides the admincp) that doesn't work? And, do you have a totally default style created and set to be the default right now? |

Sorry. Missed that bit before. I checked them and it's just this constantly being logged:
