Signature and other links

Is there any way (mod or otherwise) to take signature links and re-direct them to my affiliate url? Problem is that people are ciphoning off to their own trackers against our policy and I would like to find a way to ensure that doesn't happen.

Also - I have seen blogs with popups on specific words to go to URLs/content of their choice. Is there any mod/hack like this for vBulletin 4? I know I have seen it in a vB forum, but I can't recall where right now
