Weird issue with RSS Manager, some work some don't

I have some weird issues with my RSS feed manager. Here is the issue, I have a blog on my homepage that autoposts all of our content into a specific forum on the forum. Many of our forum members never visit the blog and this is a way to expose them to the blog's content.

I use the {feed:content:encoded} to post the entire thing, which is very nice.

What is happening is that we also have certain things that we post on the blog that we want posted in the specific forums as well. For example this feed from feedburner has ONE post every week, that needs to be autoposted into a specific forum. I set this up, tested it, previewed it, looks great, but then when I post something, it does not pull it into the forum. Its shows up on the feed, as you can see it's posted today at 12:07. But It never posts it into the forum. It's set up IDENTICAL to the other feed I mentioned above.

Any thoughts on this. I am burning these feeds through Feedburner so I can monetize the feeds AND create a great third party email subscriber base. But I really need these types of posts to auto post into the forum.

I have about 10 feeds that are not working. I just noticed this issue.
