User Rank Problem

[belceb]

I got a small problem.

I want to show the rank image first and the stars after/under it.

Here's my settings now.

It shows member image first and stars after for 0-9 posters and 30-39 posters. For all other post counters, it shows stars first and image second. How do I change that?

image first, stars later.

stars first, image later.
